VADA-CH Chapter Membership Form

VADA-CH membership provides various educational opportunities and benefits. Members receive GMO membership, a subscription to USDF Magazine (Primary Membership), eligibility for Year-End Awards, and reduced fees for schooling, clinics and other education activities, among other advantages.

 

A portion of the individual membership fee of $25.00 is allocated to USDF to join Region 1 GMO, while $5.00 supports VADA State members' events and Chapter grants.

Chapter Membership Yearly Enrollment (Renewal/New Membership)

​Membership runs from 1 December - 30 November.

Membership Application Submission and Payment Instructions (Please Read)

Before submitting your membership application, please ensure that all required fields and information have been completed. Once you have reviewed your application for completeness, click "Send" to submit. Making online payment, click on "Donate" button and follow prompts. By check, refer to the left for mailing instructions.

Payment Options

There are two methods available for paying your membership fee:

  • Online Payment:  To make payment online, scroll down to "Donate" button, click on and follow PayPal prompts. How do I know my online payment went through? You will receive a PayPal receipt in your email. ​(Note: Having issues making online payment, please reach out to Nancy Doody at ndoody15@gmail.com.)

  • Payment by Check: Prefer not to pay online, you may write a check payable to VADA Charlottesville and mail to Sabine Desper. 2435 Shutterlee Mill Road, Staunton, VA 24401. Application is not accepted until payment is received.  If paying by check, deduct a $3.00 PayPal service fee from membership amount.

If you sign up before January 1, deduct a $5.00 discount from the Senior or Junior Membership fee.

Membership Fees:

  • Individual Membership (Senior) -$73.00 (includes PayPal Fee)

  • ​Junior/Young Rider - $63.00 (includes PayPal Fee)

  • ​Family Membership (a family of two) - $108.00 (includes PayPal fee)

  • ​​Farm/Club/School Membership (Primary Plus maximum of 3 Supportive) Members must belong to the same barn (owners, mangers, boarders/regular riders who work/ride at the same facility), schools, 4-H, Pony Club, etc.) - $73.00 (include PayPal Fee) (Each additional Farm/Club member $43.00 (includes PayPal Fee)

  • Affiliate Chapter Member - A person who belongs to another Chapter and wishes to be affiliated with VADA-CH - $23.00 (includes PayPal fee)​
