Chapter Membership Yearly Enrollment (Renewal/New Membership)

Membership runs from 1 December - 30 November

Joining VADA-CH will be an awarding educational and learning experience. Member benefits include a GMO member, USDF Magazine (Primary Membership). Year-End Awards eligibility and reduced fees for schooling/clinics, to mention a few. To support these great benefits, a portion of individual membership fee of $25.00 applied to USDF to be a part of the Region 1 GMO and $5.00 to augment VADA State members' events/Chapter grants, etc. Questions, reach out to Sandy Worley at sworley08@gmail.com.

Before submitting membership application, please review for completeness. It's critical for USDF membership registration. Hit "Send" and go to "Donate" button for payment. Application is not accepted until payment is received. Online Payment, go to the "Donate" Button, enter total membership fee amount, and follow PayPal instructions. Prefer not to pay online, you may write a check payable to VADA Charlottesville and mail to Sandy Worley, 1645 Cool Spring Rd. Charlottesville, VA 22901. Application is not accepted until payment is received. Note: Deduct $3.00 PayPal service fee from requested membership category paying by check. Remember signing up before 1 January deduct a $5.00 discount for Senior or Junior Membership.
